What do I have to do?
Print and fill out our Surepay Form and mail in or drop off the form to the Cadmus Properties Office.
Make sure there are sufficient funds in your bank account. Deductions will be made on the fifth (5th) day of the month.
What does it cost?
Nothing! And you'll save time and money without checks to write and mail.
Is Surepay safe?
Absolutely! You maintain complete control of payment authorization. Your regular bank statement will show the exact amount deducted. You may stop any automatic payment by contacting your bank three (3) or more business days before the payment is scheduled.
How do I update/cancel my Surepay Services?
To update your system information or remove yourself from our Surepay automated fee payment system please e-mail and your request will be processed within 3-5 business days.
