Caesar Paet, President CCIM, GRI, (R) Caesar Paet is the owner and founder of Cadmus Properties. With the exception of four years in banking, he has been involved in real estate, specializing in property management. His real estate career began while attending the University of Hawaii working part-time as a bookkeeper for a small real estate company. He went on to work for Loyalty Enterprises and First Hawaiian Bank, gaining experience in real estate management and banking. Caesar holds several designations including the prestigious CCIM designation and served as Vice-President and the President of the Hawaii CCIM Chapter. Mr. Paet has also served on numerous committees with the Honolulu Board of Realtors and served as co-chaired the Professional Standards and Arbitration Committee and also served as a Board of Realtors representative on committees working with the Real Estate Commission. Chea Paet, Vice President (RA) Chea Paet joined Cadmus Properties in 2003 as a property manager specializing in community association, homeowner association and condominium management. Chea has over 10+ years of experience in real estate sales and management and received his real estate sales person license in 2005. A member of the National Association of Parliamentarians Chea  is the owner and founder of  landscaping company CP Scenery  and maintenance supplies company CP Distributions. Cynthia "Cindy" Guillermo, Senior Property Manager (RA) Cindy Guillermo is the senior property manager at Cadmus Properties with over 25+ years of experience in community association, homeowner association and condominium management and manages Cadmus Properties largest accounts including the beautiful Village Park Community Association. A licensed sales person, Cindy's experience and expertise with larger homeowner associations, rental property manaagement and sales has proven to be an invaluable asset to Cadmus Properties.     Cj Paet, Property Manager  (RA) Cj Paet joined the Cadmus management team shortly after recieving his bachelors degree in business marketing and organizational communication from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. Using his degree in marketing/communications and technical knowledge  of computer programming Cj spearheads the technological advancement of Cadmus by streamlining management functions through new technologies and procesess. Recieveing his real estae sales license in 2012 he has just started managing properties with the guidance and assitance from his two brothers Casey and Chea.   Laurie Ann Hodges, Property Manager Laurie Ann Hodges joined the Cadmus team in 2006 as an administrative associate and was promoted to property manager in 2011. Before becoming a property manager Laurie was assigned the task of organizing, coordinating and help execute daily Cadmus projects and operations in a seamless fashion. Exhibiting a strong and proficent working knowledge of all Cadmus functions Laurie is a strong, organized and pro-active property manager.
